He/She is responsible to cook with precision and accuracy all the items on our menu, and has a demonstrated ability and experience in handling cooking staff efficiently and directing it to ensure handling of kitchen functions.
He/She is responsible to perform support duties in the kitchen, as preparing food for cooking, preparing and fixing menu items as directed, setting up workstations and helping with food inventory and supplies management, and he is also expected to cook along with the Cook.
He/She is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by recommending and serving food & beverages according to Colleoni's standards. He/She must maintain a friendly & attentive demeanor at all times.
He/She is highly skilled in cleaning, waxing, buffing and dusting. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with other crew members, Able to take direction from supervisors. Enthusiastic to perform all physical aspects of the cleaning job duties.
